Our design team will provide as much support as you would like at each step of the way along the concept ideation stage. Each designer has years of watch design experience and is able to develop concept ideas in all styles of timepieces.
Once the design specifications pack is finalised and confirmed by all parties, we then enter the prototyping stage. We strongly suggest that all customers do not skip this stage for a number of reasons. We believe that when it comes to beautifully crafted timepieces, the devil is in the details. Once a concept is transferred from paper (or computer) to real-life product, the watch build can be realistically assessed and therefore necessarily adjusted before mass-production.
Once the prototype has been approved and confirmed, we are then able to enter the production and assembly stage of the process. During this stage, our technical team begins by strategizing as to how best to tackle the project. Necessary materials are purchased and the watch parts are produced and then assembled. Production time can vary depending on the size of the order.
As an independent watch manufacturer, we perform quality inspections during all stages of the watch manufacturing process. Your watches pass quality inspections at every stage of development, manufacturing and assembly, ensuring that we uphold our reputation as having the highest quality made watches in China.
The safe delivery of your watches is vital and therefore we take packaging procurement, delivery and logistics extremely seriously. Throughout the production process we will discuss with you whether you will need help with packaging sourcing. If so, we ensure that the watch box that you choose is both reliable and fits the aesthetics of your brand.
