Watch Quality Control

Strict inspections, decades of experience and careful handling are the key elements for providing the highest quality China made watches. This goal can be achieved if the inspection team works closely with the production team and major suppliers, hence why our watches pass quality control inspections at every stage of development, manufacturing and assembly.

Quality control starts from the early stage of each project and runs through the entire development and production process, finishing only at the moment the watch is sent to the customer. 

It is particularly important throughout the following stages:

1. 1. Design. Our experts develop technical “designs” based on customer requirements, sketches and reference materials. This ensures that the original idea is technically sustainable and manufacturable. Quality of the technical drawings is essetial in determining if the project can be brought from concept to physical product.
   2. Prototype and mass production. Quality control and inspection of materials, for example movements, is a continuous process throughout prototype development and mass production.
   3. Quality inspection of finished parts: Need to ensure the quality of every detail before the parts are sent to assembly.
   4. Finished product. A final quality inspection to detect the slightest defect or disorder of a new watch using specific laboratory equipment. This is the final stage before delivery. Therefore, the purpose is to ensure that the product meets the customer’s requirements. The main tests are as follows:
