Our turnkey watch manufacturing services grant you the freedom to work on growing your business whilst we focus on manufacturing. We have documented very clearly on our website how the manufacturing process takes place, but there is no harm in repeating it once more.
We cover the full breadth of watchmaking. In this blog post, we will take you through the six steps of watch manufacturing.
Step 1: Watch Design

During the watch design process, our team will provide as much support as you would like. Each of our engineers have many years of watch design experience and is able to help you develop concept ideas in all styles of timepieces. With the help of your creative department, our engineers will develop and manage the project from start to finish.
Step 2:

We believe that when it comes to beautifully crafted timepieces, the devil is in the details. Once a concept is transferred from paper (or computer) to real-life product, the watch build can then be realistically assessed and therefore necessarily adjusted before mass-production.
Step 3: Production & Assembly

Before starting production, we will finalize technical specifications and colourways of each variation, prepare equipment and material, and agree on delivery time for production. Production time depends on the quantity ordered and complexity of each piece. Once all of these steps are complete, we will begin the production of the watch parts.

Step 4: Quality Control

Quality control starts from the early stage of each project and runs through the entire manufacturing process, finishing only at the moment the watch is sent to the customer.
Packaging & Shipping

When choosing the right packaging for your watch, there are two key considerations: reliability (to ensure the safety of the watch after it is in the hands of your customers) and aesthetics (in harmony with the design of the watch itself). We can organise watches and boxes for delivery.
Step 6: Warranty and After Sales

Even though we manufacture watches to last a lifetime, every watch has a two-year watch manufacturer’s warranty. We take every precaution necessary throughout the manufacturing process, and only on some rare occasions there are some anomolies.
