OEM & ODM Watch Manufacturing Process

We are able to customize all aspects of any design as much or as little as you would like. Our customized watch manufacturing solutions provide many benefits custom design, standardized production, quality inspection, custom packaging and fast delivery.

The process starts with confirming watch design with our engineering team. After this, we then move on to the prototyping stage. Not many chinese watch manufacturer’s offer prototyping services, but we are committed to providing partners with a world-class service, allowing them to use our expertise as the handyman to your business operations. We take care of the production, and as a result you are able to focus on all the other business operations without any troubles.

If there are particular aspects of the watch that you want to design from scratch, we offer Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) services as well. ODM services include full design support from our engineers. We can customize your chosen model in many different ways, including:

• Movement – Movement is typically chosen to fit the case of the model. We manufacture watches using many different types of movements, including Quartz, Mechanical, Automatic and Chronograph. The movements we use are manufactured all over the world, in Switzerland, Japan and China.
• Case Size – Customization of case size is possible but may require creating new technical drawings and a mould. This requires some investment, however we will return this fee to you after a mass order is made.
• Case Material – Cases come in a number of materials and can be customized depending on the model that you choose and whether or not we have a mould already made. We have vast experience creating cases in the following materials: 316L Stainless Steel, Titanium, Sapphire, Plastic, Silver.
• Dial Material – Dials are considered the “face”, or the “identity” of a watch. We take our dial manufacturing very seriously. We manufacture dials of all shapes and sizes using a wide array of materials, including enamel, rare stones, synthetic stones, metals, plastics and many more. 
• Hands – Similar to the dial, the hands are a defining factor of every watch style and must be able to serve both functional and aesthetic purposes. Hands can be completely customized, however this will require reating new moulds. The cost of creating new moulds will be returned after the bulk order is made.
• Strap Material – Straps can be made from many different materials, including: 316L Stainless Steel, Alloy, Leather, Tweed, Fabric.
• Water resistance – Customizable to different depths 3ATM, 5ATM, 10ATM or more.
• Crystal/Lense – The glass crystal can be cusomized to have different reflective coatings and can be cut into many different shapes in order to fit the case. 
• Crown – You can fully customize the shape and engrave logos onto crowns.
